Orders for in stock items received before our shipping cutoff Monday - Friday will ship out same day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will ship out the next business day. Orders containing liquid yeast will not ship over weekends or holidays that would delay their arrival. Liquid yeast must be delivered within 2 days of shipping to remain viable.
Free Shipping Over $100
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 being shipped to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama. Additional handling time may apply before shipping via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Select. Delivery will be 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Some items are excluded from the Free Shipping program and will incur a shipping fee. Excluded items are clearly marked on those product's pages and include, but are not limited to, Glass Carboys, Glass Bottles and Full Bags of Grain.
We work with our shipping partners to provide estimated shipping costs as accurately as possible. We do not make any hidden profit on shipping and do not charge for packaging or handling. If our estimate is off by more than $1 we refund the difference back to you.
Recycling Policy and the Environment
Most of the items we sell arrive at our warehouse in boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, paper etc. We reuse as much of this material as possible when packing our outbound shipments. All new packaging material we purchase is made from post consumer recycled materials and is recyclable. If you receive packaging material from us that is not, it is because it was reused from a shipment we received.
We are happy to ship to APO addresses via USPS. Please make sure not to order anything that would be illegal to import into the country where you are serving. The full contents of all APO packages must be printed on the customs label. Most of our free shipping offers don't apply to APO addresses. Non-Continental US and Territories
We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. Due to the extra expense of shipping to these areas many of our free shipping promotions do not apply. Feel free to contact us for the best possible shipping quote.
Out of Stock and Special Order Items
Orders that include special order or out of stock items will ship once those items have arrived and the order can be shipped complete. If you want your in stock items to ship immediately please place two separate orders.
Orders may be sent Signature Required at our discretion. If you are are unable to receive a shipment with a delivery signature required or would like to request your order be sent signature required please let us know in the order notes.
Liquid Yeast Shipping Policy
It's hot down south, so all liquid yeast orders are shipped with an insulated pouch and two free ice packs. Liquid yeast is shipped to minimize transit time. If you order liquid yeast late in the week with a shipping method that would span the weekend we will hold your order to ship Monday. We recommend a 1 or 2 day shipping time on all liquid yeast orders. USPS Priority Mail is 2 day shipping to most of the Continental US. Liquid yeast is guaranteed viable if it spends no more than 2 days in shipping.
Liquid Yeast Warranty
As long as Liquid Yeast spends a maximum of two days in transit it is guaranteed viable and warrantied. If you receive warrantied yeast from us that does not ferment simply e-mail email@example.com to receive a replacement pack or refund. Please include the batch code, manufacturer date, your original gravity reading and a second gravity reading taken at least three days after pitching. A lack of swelling in your activator pack does not indicate non-viable yeast. More information on liquid yeast and frequently asked questions can be found on Wyeast's Website.
In Store Pickup
In Store Pickup Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be ready for pickup by 3:00 PM. Brock's Homebrew will e-mail or text you when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are never ready for pickup before notifications are sent.
Please bring either a photo ID or a printout of the order confirmation e-mail when picking up your order. If you would like someone else to pickup your order please let us know in the order notes.
