Adding dried herbs and/or roasted garlic is a great way to add flavor to your cheeses. (We do not recommend adding fresh herbs or garlic because they can carry other microbes that can cause problems or contamination during aging.) French Herbs is a delicious blend of herbs for your soft and fresh cheeses.

CONTAINS: A delightful mixture of Chives, Parsley, Basil, Rosemary, Marjorman and Tarragon

DIRECTIONS: Usage will vary from recipe to recipe. Can be layered in the curds, mixed into soft, spreadable cheeses or rolled on the outside of a finished cheese. Also try in you other cooking projects!

STORAGE: Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Will last indefinitely.
