Adding dried herbs and/or roasted garlic is a great way to add flavor to your cheeses. (We do not recommend adding fresh herbs or garlic because they can carry other microbes that can cause problems or contamination during aging.) Herbs de Provence is a delicious combination of herbs which has been used to flavor soft cheeses for many years. It has a wonderfully delicate flavor and can be used in Fromage Blanc, Chevre, Fromagina and many others. Try rolling your mozzarella in it. WOW!
CONTAINS: A wonderful mixture of Rosemary, Thyme, Savory, Fennel Seed, Basil, Lavender and Marjoram
DIRECTIONS: Usage will vary from recipe to recipe. Can be layered in with the curds, mixed into soft, spreadable cheeses like Fromage Blanc or rolled on the outside of a finished cheese. May also be used in other cooking projects.
STORAGE: Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Will last indefinitely.
